time will not wait and neither will life. the best philosophy is to be open and willing to seize opportunity and run with the gift. it's hard to find reasons to be picky, even though there will be days we find ourselves deep in frustration, but if someone's willing to try, it's not too difficult to find someone that's willing to take them up on their offer of help.
reach out your hand; i'll take it. but only if we can be friends (let's go for an adventure, yes?)

there are amazing people out there, but they will usually enter your life only if you are willing, and they will always enter your life in the way you would never prefer or expect. they, my dear stranger-friends, will be special. just for you.
the best part? you will be just as special to them. :)
many streets are two-way (including these figurative ones); and it's not until we figure out how to drive on one side of the road that we can collide with life's good feelings and good people.
