  warm is the colour temperature of the summer sunset and if you wait long enough, and if you have them, you can watch the clouds turn into embers cooling from orange through pink and into blue. the transition happens fast, and it doesn't happen all of the time, so if it does happen, open eyes are a must.

  for me, the temperature's perfect--not too hot and not too cold, it's perfect for moving through the tourist crowds, smiling back at the people smiling at you (although many locals around me seem to think the temperature's still too cold outside).
