  there's a joke around this region that says, "summer begins after the 4th of july."

  if that's the case, then better late than never. i could fall in love with this colour palette over and over and over and over and over and over again. and over again. if you've ever wondered why blue and orange are a complementary pair on the colour wheel, just find yourself a handy sunset--just after the sun has dipped below the horizon, just before it enters the red phase.
