7 july 2012 - 550D, f/4 1/250s, iso-400our city got a new ferris wheel just over one week ago on the waterfront, and after a day's worth of being on the feet and shooting pictures, it was a wonderful way to close the day's light. a bit late for the vivid burn of colours, but just in time for the cool simmer of the palette and a refreshing breeze to chill our sun-warmed faces.
in moments like these, for me, it makes waiting for summer worth it. year after year after year after year.
at pi in the morning, the eyelids begin to close, dreams begin to wake, and a new day's sun, in less than an hour, will be here. summer has its quirks here in this latitude, and how wonderful it can be.
